Growing up so Fast! :)

I can't believe tomorrow is June 1st and Kennedy will be 2 1/2 months old! Crazy how much she's growing up and changing already. She sure loves to smile and talk. Here are some pics from the last two weeks.

Daddy took her to see our friend Jon at his bike race in Frisco one Sunday morning before church. She slept the whole time. Mommy stayed at home and went on a run and got ready for church.

2 months old today! :)

I can't believe it but Kennedy is already 2 months old today! :) She really is the sweetest thing! Ryan and I love her to pieces. She cracks us up with the faces she makes for the camera.

It's my last week off of work. :( Kennedy and I have been hanging out and she's super cute! We've got to spend a lot of time with my sister Kirsten and her two little ones, Landen and Anson. Here are some videos and pictures from this week. Enjoy!

Monday night we took the cookies to Ryan's work for his AP kids test review. Kennedy loved getting out! I put a denim skirt on her for the first time.

First time to Church and Mother's Day

Yesterday was a super fun day for baby Kennedy. It was Mother's Day and her first time to church. Pastor Mark even mentioned Mommy,Daddy, and her in the sermon. She was a sweet little angel. Slept most of the time and didn't make a peep. We were glad she finally woke up so we could take her out of her car seat for a bit. I think Daddy wanted to show her off! :) hehe She sure is a cutie. I had a fabulous and blessed Mother's Day getting to spend with my wonderful hubby and adorable little K. Ryan finished the night out awesome by grilling salmon! It was super yum! Here are some pictures from the day.

Of course, yet again she fell asleep in the Baby Bjorn while I was baking cookies. What a way to finish out the day! :) Hope Ryan's AP students enjoy the cookies made by us for their AP review tonight. Good luck on the test!!

Yo Gabba Gabba

Some nights when we eat dinner we put on Yo Gabba Gabba on the TV and lay Kennedy on a blanket on the carpet in front of the TV. She loves the sounds and really starts kicking her legs and getting super excited. Sometimes she even "talks" back to the TV. She's not even really looking at the screen but she loves the sounds. Ryan bought her the CD of music for a present. She sure loves it! This morning Ryan watched Kennedy so I could go to Spin class and he sent me this video.... absolutely hilarious. I laughed out loud. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did! :)

Happy Birthday Momma!!

It was Mommy's Birthday today!! (mine, hehe) It was sooooo wonderful and I think the best birthday yet!! I got to spend all day with my sweet little munchkin. (Sad though that Ryan was at work) I also got to spend the day with my sister, Kirsten, and her two sweet boys. It was a great day!! Thank you!! Only wished our other sis, Erin was with us too!

Finished off with Ryan coming home and bringing Pei Wei take out for us to enjoy with our best friends: Jon, Carrie, and little Miss Katie. Jon and Carrie brought my favorite, Baskin Robbins chocolate ice cream cake, YUMMMMOLA!

Katie is sooo sweet. She kept saying, "Kennedy is cute!"

Ahhh thanks Katie, we think you are pretty darn cute yourself.

Daddy has the touch!

So I'm convinced that Daddy has the CUTE touch! Last night yet again he was holding Kennedy while we were doing our dinner routine and guess what?!? Cuteness!! We decided to get the Baby Bjorn out and she loved it. Looked around and she holds her head pretty good. Ryan would lean back a little so she could rest her head on his chest every now and then. He was just watching baseball and hanging out and when I went over to him she had fallen asleep.

Chilling with Daddy

Last night I was getting dinner ready and baking cookies for one of my best friend's birthdays (her fav, PB Choc Chip) when I went into the living room and oh my goodness I couldn't believe the cuteness that I was observing. Kennedy and her Daddy chilling on the couch. I thought it was tooooo cute so I grabbed our Canon (which we need to use more often) and took a few snapshots. I tend to just use my iphone a lot because it's easy and it does take pretty good quality. Most of the pics on the blog are from my iphone. I know they basically are all the same but I couldn't resist. She sure LOVES her Daddy time!
