Yo Gabba Gabba

Some nights when we eat dinner we put on Yo Gabba Gabba on the TV and lay Kennedy on a blanket on the carpet in front of the TV. She loves the sounds and really starts kicking her legs and getting super excited. Sometimes she even "talks" back to the TV. She's not even really looking at the screen but she loves the sounds. Ryan bought her the CD of music for a present. She sure loves it! This morning Ryan watched Kennedy so I could go to Spin class and he sent me this video.... absolutely hilarious. I laughed out loud. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did! :)

Happy Birthday Momma!!

It was Mommy's Birthday today!! (mine, hehe) It was sooooo wonderful and I think the best birthday yet!! I got to spend all day with my sweet little munchkin. (Sad though that Ryan was at work) I also got to spend the day with my sister, Kirsten, and her two sweet boys. It was a great day!! Thank you!! Only wished our other sis, Erin was with us too!

Finished off with Ryan coming home and bringing Pei Wei take out for us to enjoy with our best friends: Jon, Carrie, and little Miss Katie. Jon and Carrie brought my favorite, Baskin Robbins chocolate ice cream cake, YUMMMMOLA!

Katie is sooo sweet. She kept saying, "Kennedy is cute!"

Ahhh thanks Katie, we think you are pretty darn cute yourself.

Now how I managed to go all night hanging and no pictures! :( These are from earlier when I was playing with K! She was moving a lot so some are blurry!

Daddy has the touch!

So I'm convinced that Daddy has the CUTE touch! Last night yet again he was holding Kennedy while we were doing our dinner routine and guess what?!? Cuteness!! We decided to get the Baby Bjorn out and she loved it. Looked around and she holds her head pretty good. Ryan would lean back a little so she could rest her head on his chest every now and then. He was just watching baseball and hanging out and when I went over to him she had fallen asleep.

Chilling with Daddy

Last night I was getting dinner ready and baking cookies for one of my best friend's birthdays (her fav, PB Choc Chip) when I went into the living room and oh my goodness I couldn't believe the cuteness that I was observing. Kennedy and her Daddy chilling on the couch. I thought it was tooooo cute so I grabbed our Canon (which we need to use more often) and took a few snapshots. I tend to just use my iphone a lot because it's easy and it does take pretty good quality. Most of the pics on the blog are from my iphone. I know they basically are all the same but I couldn't resist. She sure LOVES her Daddy time!

Yay!! I found some pictures from Ryan's parents visit. I guess Ryan did take some pictures!! Although I wasn't so good about taking any when my parents came, sorry Nana and Papi, next time! :)

Kennedy sure loved meeting her Grammy and Grandpy! She loved all the sweet snuggles and attention they gave her. Enjoy the Pictures!

We had my sister Kirsten, Scott, Anson, and Landen over for dinner with Ryan's parents (Rod and Sandy). Here is Anson and Kennedy hanging out while we eat dinner. Anson is 3 months older than Kennedy. Soo cute. They love each other!

All up to date

Okay.. I'm all up to date so now I'll just start posting every once in awhile. Kennedy took a nap during the day in her crib a few days ago.. although she hasn't since.. hehe! She has always gone down great after her last feeding at night but lately has struggled one night and then not the next falling asleep and crying. Makes me sad! :(

She still is super cute and sweet. Bows still won't stay in her hair so very sad about this.
