Just Mommy and Me

Ryan went to California for his grandmother's service and Kennedy and I stayed home. I have parent/teacher conference on Monday so I couldn't take off. We sure missed Daddy!!! Kennedy is still enjoying her green beans and oatmeal/rice cereal. Tonight I took her for a short walk before bed and she fell asleep. She's such a sweetie!

Summer, Summer, Summer Time! :)

Kennedy is loving the summer time! She gets tons of Mommy and Daddy time! We are just loving it and enjoying every moment. Ryan is teaching summer school but gets home by 1 everyday so she still is excited to get some Daddy time! Here are some pictures from her first week of summer!

She's been rolling from her back to her belly for awhile but here is a video, her arm gets stuck. She just does this more as an accident I think and only does it every once in awhile.

Ryan and I can't believe how much she is growing. She has starting noticing her hands and stares at them. Grammy and Grandpa watched her this week (Ryan's parents). What a blessing they are! :) She loved spending time with them! She got her first Dollie from them and she LOVES it! So cute! She is talking more and smiling tons. Enjoy some new pics.

Daddy took her to downtown McKinney to get Mom & Pop's Popcorn for the Ranger's baseball game with Grammy and Grandpa. I stayed home with Kennedy! Way tooooo HOT and I have to work tomorrow morning!

Week Two

Two weeks already has flown by. I started going on walks to get outside and Kennedy LOVES it! She looks so stinking cute in her car seat. Thank you to Jon and Carrie for letting us borrow their Graco car seat. It fits on our new BOB stroller. Our Chico doesn't fit. Of course, we have to be safe and strap her in. Thank goodness she doesn't mind! She's sleeping great.

Doing 4-5 hour stretches at night. Yippee!!! Great job K!

Daddy goes back to work on the 29th. Kennedy and I sure will miss him. He is such a great help and I promise she gets her personality and mellowness from HIM! :)
