The final day of 2010

WE had a wonderful family fun Friday! :) We went to the park again and played. Kennedy loved going in the swing and even down the slide a few times with Daddy. What a cutie! Isn't her outfit adorable! Hand me down from Carrie/Katie and Sharla/Jennifer got her the cute Juicy socks!! Love them!

Park

Today we took sweet K to the park. It was a bit breezy/windy outside so we didn't stay long. She loved the swing and had a great time in her wagon.

9 Month Doctor Appointment

Kennedy had her 9 month appointment this morning. I knew that she probably would not have gained a lot of weight since she has been sick off and on the last three weeks. She weighed in at 15 lbs. 14 oz. She was 15 lbs. even @ her 6 month check up. So I was right, not much weight gain and 5th percentile in weight. She has thrush and a slight ear infection, which Dr. Nail said was not a true infection but had fluid and mucus still, no redness or infection. She got anti-fungal for the thrush and a different antibiotic for her ears. She was 28.3'' tall, 75-90% in height.

Ryan took Kennedy for her first ride in the wagon. Other than it being super cold outside, she loved it! :)

Merry CHRISTmas!

Kennedy was so excited for Christmas morning, or so we believe. :) She really enjoyed all her new presents and loved her new wagon and chair to sit it. We had a wonderful day and loved spending time with all of our family. What a wonderful day to celebrate the birth of our precious savior, Jesus!

"She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sin."
Matthew 1:21
"Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord."
Luke 2:11

Kennedy was a little sad that it was time to eat breakfast and not opening presents anymore

Christmas Eve

We went to church tonight with my family and Ryan's parents. It was a beautiful service. Kennedy waved her hands and danced to the Christmas worship music. What a wonderful blessing and remembrance for why we celebrate Christmas, Jesus' birth. :)
