Today we watched Anson and Landen for Kirsten. It was quite funny for Ryan and I! :) I was subbing a spin class so Ryan had all three in the morning for an hour. He did great.. look at Anson asleep right in the chair. Kennedy and Anson sure love playing with each other! Landen is real sweet with Kennedy too!

Bumbo and Lion Fun

Tomorrow we are heading to North Carolina for our family vacation. My PopPop (mom's dad) and my Uncle Frank (mom's brother), Aunt Kitzi, and three cousins live there. Gray is 18, Davis is 16, and Maggie is 12. We are very excited to see them. It's been 4 years.

Today, Kennedy had a great time in her bumbo and played with her lion. What a cutie! :)

Today Kennedy got to sit in her bumbo and watch Mommy (me) get ready. :) Boy was she excited. I talked with her the whole time and was explaining to her what big girls do to get ready. hehe I know, I'm silly! She watched intently and gave me many smiles!

Kirsten came over with the kids for a bit and Anson and Kennedy played who can be louder.. LOL! :)

No more swaddle! :)

Last night we put Kennedy down without her swaddle. We only had her in her jammies. The past couple of nights we were swaddling her with one arm out and she was still rolling over in the night (still sleeping through though). I wasn't sure exactly what to do so the first night we put her down, she rolled right over and fussed a bit. Ryan went and rolled her back on her back but she rolled over again. We let her fuss a little for about 5 minutes and she fell asleep on her belly. Our pediatrician told us that if she was old enough to roll over it was okay to leave her on her belly at night to sleep. I knew this was the way to go as we didn't want to play the roll her back over game night after night. So anyways, last night he did great and actually rolled right over after we put her in for the night. She slept on her belly all night and loved it! :) Sooo cute! I know this video picture is kind of scary but thought it was still cute. She played in her bumbo today with her monkey. We also went to the pool. She got to wear her hand me down flip flops.

The next night we thought well let's just really overstimulate Kennedy! :) hehe Exersaucer! She makes a hilarious face at the beginning when I turn the wheel thing and it makes a lot of noise! Oops! She also got a little more comfortable in her bumbo and even watched a little Yo Gabba Gabba in it. Gooooo Kennedy! Work on that neck and head control.

We are soooo blessed to have an amazing women, Mary, watching Kennedy for this next school year. Her and her husband and three beautiful girls have become our friends and tonight they came over for dinner. Colin (Mary's husband) said oh where is your bumbo and reminded us that hmm... Kennedy could probably sit it in. So here she is.. first time in bumbo... :) Such a cutie!!!:)
